🔑 Front Door Keypad Entry
Use the keypad on the front door. Your access code is the last four digits of the phone number on your reservation.
Enter the four digits, then press the lock symbol. You'll hear the bolt turn. If the code doesn't work on the first try, wait a few seconds and try again slowly — and if it still doesn't open, text Ms. Lopez right away at 240-501-2071.
You have plenty of room. Here's how to fit up to seven cars comfortably:
- Garage (2 cars): Park the first two vehicles here. The garage remote is on the kitchen counter.
- Flag spot (1 car): The single marked spot near the entry.
- Driveway (4 cars): Line up remaining vehicles here.

A few of the most-loved features of this home. Please treat them with care — they make a huge difference for every guest who follows you.
The game room is stocked with a pool table, shuffleboard, and a VR headset. A few house notes to keep everything in great shape:
- Pool cues & chalk: Please return both to the rack when you're not actively playing. Cues lean hard — they bend.
- Shuffleboard: Before each game, use the shovel to add a light layer of sand/wax to the board. This is what makes the pucks glide.
- VR Headset: Photo ID is required for VR headset use. Pair it to the guest WiFi, clear a safe play zone of at least 6×6 feet, and keep headsets away from food and drink.
Every TV in the home is controlled the same simple way:
- One remote does it all — it powers the TV and the soundbar, and it controls the volume. The remote lives visibly in each room.
- Streaming: Sign in with your own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime, etc. The smart TV will walk you right through it.
- Before checkout: Please sign out of every streaming account you used. This protects you — and the next guest.

K-Cup coffee pods · Cooking oil & butter · Specialty ingredients for your meals · Condiments beyond the basics
- Plug in the Keurig and press the power button — it'll warm up in about 1–2 minutes. The light stops blinking when it's ready.
- Lift the handle on top to open the pod compartment. Drop in your K-Cup.
- Close the handle firmly — you'll hear a small click as the pod punctures.
- Place your mug on the drip tray. Pick your brew size: 6 oz is strongest, 12 oz is milder.
- Press the size button and brewing begins automatically — done in about 60 seconds.
- When finished, lift the handle and toss the used pod in the trash. Rinse the drip tray as needed.
Washer — Bottom Unit
- Load clothes. Don't overload — fill about ¾ full maximum. Separate lights and darks if needed.
- Add detergent. HE (High Efficiency) detergent only. Pull out the top-left drawer — main compartment = detergent, smaller sections = fabric softener (optional).
- Select cycle using the center dial: Normal for everyday clothes · Delicates for light fabrics · Heavy Duty for towels and bedding.
- Adjust settings (optional). Temperature: Cold is recommended for most loads. Spin: Medium or High.
- Start the washer. Press Power, then press Start/Pause.
Dryer — Top Unit
- Load clothes. Move laundry from the washer promptly, and clean the lint filter (inside the door) before each use.
- Select cycle using the dial: Normal for most loads · Delicates for low heat · Heavy Duty for towels and bedding.
- Start the dryer. Press Power, then press Start.

This home has two separate climate zones. Each has its own Ecobee, so you can set them independently.
- Tap anywhere on the Ecobee screen to wake it. Current temperature and set point display immediately.
- Tap the large temperature number to adjust it. Use + and − to set your target.
- Toggle between Heat / Cool / Auto using the mode button at the bottom. Auto is recommended — it handles everything for you.
- To adjust the fan, tap the fan icon. "Auto" is best for normal use; "On" runs the fan continuously.
- Repeat on the second Ecobee (other floor) if you'd like to adjust that zone separately.
Nothing here should surprise you. These help keep the home in 5-star shape for every guest who follows you.

National Museum of the Marine Corps
One of the most impressive museums in the region — and it's free. Interactive exhibits, aircraft, tanks, and an immersive look at the history of the Corps. Plan for 2–4 hours minimum. Right next door to the base.
The Rose Gaming Resort
A full-scale gaming resort with slots, dining, bars, and live entertainment. A huge draw for after-work leisure — especially for extended-stay and adult groups. Music, a little luck, and a great dinner all in one stop.
Prince William Forest Park
A stunning national park in your backyard with miles of trails, creek-side walks, and total quiet. The Laurel Loop Trail is an easy, beautiful 1.2-mile stroll. Military families get free entry with proper ID.
Locust Shade Park
A fantastic family park with batting cages, mini golf, pedal boats, a ninja warrior course, multiple playgrounds, and walking trails. Perfect for an afternoon with kids or a casual outing.
Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge
Beautiful trails along the Occoquan River with outstanding birdwatching — osprey, herons, eagles, turtles. Peaceful, free, and very local. Best in the morning.
Historic Occoquan Village
A charming waterfront town with boutique shops, galleries, and restaurants lining cobblestone streets. Perfect for a leisurely afternoon stroll, especially on weekends. Pair it with brunch at Secret Garden.
Hemlock Overlook Regional Park
A more adventurous hike down to the Occoquan River through hemlock-shaded forest. Beautiful in every season — the trail meanders down to rocky riverbanks perfect for a rest.
Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center
Upscale open-air lifestyle center with Wegmans, Alamo Drafthouse, fitness studios, and premium dining. This is the go-to for date nights, casual dinners, and weekend hangs — everything walkable in one place.
Potomac Mills — Outlet Mall
One of Virginia's largest outlet malls with 200+ stores including designer brands at outlet prices. IKEA is right next door. Budget a few hours if you go — it's massive. Food court and plenty of dining nearby.

📍 Next to Quantico Marine Corps Base
Triangle sits right alongside MCB Quantico — one of the largest Marine Corps installations in the country. The area has a strong military community and you'll enjoy the welcoming, patriotic atmosphere throughout the region. The National Museum of the Marine Corps just outside the gate is a must-visit whether you have military ties or not.
